Zionist entity: The strategic Israeli-Saudi coalition became the main title of positions expressed by experts and columnists in the Zionist newspapers during the past two days, even if undeclared so far by the Saudi Arabia and the coalition countries against Yemen.

The Zionist Channel 10 talked frankly about a strategic partnership between the so-called "Israel" and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against the axis of Resistance, While the Zionist Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper stressed that the Saudi intervention in Sanaa represents good news for Israel, wishing success for the Saudi kingdom against the Yemeni people.

"I think there is a partnership of strategic interests with the Saudi regime hostile to Iran, because it (Iran) presents a strategic threat. The main problem Israel faces is the axis of Iran-Hezbollah," Professor Maeir Libtech, expert in Mediterranean affairs told the Zionist channel.

"That is, every enemy to Iran is a friend of us," said Motti Bershenbawm, a Zionist journalist.

"Moderate Arab states are not interested anymore in the Palestinian issue, because they are in need to Israel in their conflict against Iran," the Zionist orientalist Gay Bekhor told the channel.

"Those countries became the mediator between Israel and Europe," he said, adding that the Zionist entity is now seeking the help of the Saudi Arabia in order to affect the stances of the West countries, while the Arab kingdom and its allies are collaborating secretly with the entity because they feel the threat from Iran.

The Saudi figures interviewed by Yedioth Ahronoth daily have stressed the mutual fate of Riyadh and Tel Aviv against the axis of Resistance, and tackled the Zionists' concerns due to the Houthis' control over the Bab Al-Mandib strait, through which weapons can be smuggled to the Gaza Strip in the occupied Palestine, as well as because of a potential control over the Zionist navigation.

Another Zionist daily, Maariv, also expressed concerns about the economic risks that may affect the entity as scores of Israeli ships pass through the strait in question. In addition to the security risks posed against the military ships and submarines.

A coalition of 10 countries, led by the Saudi Arabia, launched late Wednesday a wide military offensive on Yemen, killing 20 civilians, wounding scores others and causing so much destruction.

Al-Arabiya News Channel reported on Thursday that Saudi Arabia has deployed "100 fighter jets, 150,000 soldiers and other navy units" for the military campaign against Yemen.

What Are the New Hezbollah-Israeli Rules of Engagement?
Translated by Mohamed Salami

.Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah announced that the party is no longer concerned with the rules of engagement which govern the military mechanisms between the Resistance and the Israeli occupation army.

What does Sayyed Nasrallah mean?

Whenever the United Nations assigns its peacekeeping troops to deploy in a certain area in order to end the military disputes, all the involved parties have to abide by the rules enforced by the International Organization to control the engagement in case they approve them.

As the Israeli war on Lebanon in 2006 ended, the International resolution 1701 was issued in order to end the aggressions, violations and all the military actions which affect inversely on mulling a permanent solution.

Since then, the Israeli enemy has transgressed the rules of engagement (stated by the International Resolution 1701) hundreds of times, violating Lebanon's airspace, infringing the Lebanese International waters by its warships, incurring the Lebanese territories, planting explosive devices and kidnapping civilians.

In response, the Islamic Resistance ambushed an Israeli military unit which violated the Lebanese borders in Labbouneh, imposing on the Zionist enemy different rules of engagement away from those enforced by the International Resolution 1701.

Those rules stated implicitly that whenever the Israeli occupation army violates the Lebanese sovereignty, Hezbollah has the right to respond similarly.

After the Zionist enemy killed 6 of Hezbollah mujahideen (fighters) in Syria's Quneitra on Jan 18, the Resistance responded by unexpectedly launching a rocketry attack on an Israeli military convoy in the occupied Shebaa Farms, killing and injuring a large number of the entity's officers and soldiers.

Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah asserted that the party decided to evade all the rules of engagement, meaning that any Israeli aggression will be confronted by a greater response.

“Following the Qunaitra operation and the response in the Shebaa Farms, I want to be clear: We in the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon are no longer concerned with the so-called rules of engagement. We have the right to respond in any place and at any time and in the way we deem appropriate,” Sayyed Nasrallah said during a ceremony commemorating the six Hezbollah martyrs and the Iranian commander two days after Hezbollah’s retaliation.

The Daily Star
BEIRUT: Iran’s ambassador to Lebanon called for an end to the Saudi-led “aggression” against Yemen Saturday, saying that the aggravation of regional disputes only served Israel’s interests.

Mohammad Fathali reiterated Iran’s opposition to Saudi-led coalition battling Houthi rebels in Yemen, saying that military intervention breached the country’s sovereignty and harmed the unity of its people.

He called on Arab states to respect “the will of the Yemeni people” and urged meaningful dialogue between local factions in an effort to achieve an inclusive government and national unity.

The continued aggression on Yemen will spark regional instability, which in turn only benefits Israel, he said.

The destruction of Arab states and aggravating differences between them, according to the ambassador, falls in line with a "strategic scheme" drawn up by Israel.

The campaign of airstrikes by the Saudi-led coalition was launched Thursday amid an offensive by Houthi rebels who were on the verge of capturing the southern port city of Aden, where the country's president was being holed up.

IDF scenario pictures mass casualties in third Lebanon war

Assessment visualizes war with Hezbollah that will involve 1,200 rockets a day and hundreds of Israeli deaths; government will have to decide whether to protect strategic sites or population centers with Iron Dome; 1 in 4 Israelis do not have shelters in their residences.

For the first time in Israel since 2007, the Home Front Command and the Planning Directorate have drafted a new "reference scenario", visualizing a potential Third Lebanon War that includes an average of 1,200 rockets per day launched from Lebanon and hundreds of Israeli dying over the course of the battle.

The scenario – an up-to-date forecast upon which the state bases its investment in troops and battle preparedness, and not necessarily a prognosis of what will actually occur –  was distributed to mayors and mostly involves local authorities.

It includes predictions of casualty numbers, damage to buildings, and the amount of rockets launched, based on the assesment of a senior Home Front Command official.

The official used the scenario supplied to the Kiryat Biyalik Municipality as an example: "Dozens of rocket hits in the city on the worst day of the war, out of several hundred during the whole war. Tens of thousands of buildings will be damaged lightly or very lightly, hundreds moderately, a few dozen heavily, and very heavily in isolated cases. Hundreds will be wounded while only a small number will die, a few dozen will be moderately to critically wounded, and hundreds will be lightly wounded or victims of anxiety."

The senior Home Front Command officer said local authorities were asked to provide operational solutions for their residents, with an emphasis on protecting continuity of municipal activities during wartime – ensuring that garbage is collected, stores remain open, cash is in the cash machine, and citizens' required services are received.

The official reported a disturbing figure showing that there has been no significant change in recent years in the number of citizens living without a residential shelter. The rate of citizens without a shelter actually rose from 24 percent to 27 percent in 2014. "If the citizen receives advance warning from us and has shelter, there's a 90 percent chance he will stay alive," said the source.

While the Iron Dome system made hundreds of interceptions during Operation Edge and prevented rockets from landing in city centers, the situation in the north will likely be different. The political echelon is the body expected to decide, based on a situation assessment, where to distribute 10 Iron Dome batteries and whether it would be preferable to deploy them to protect strategic sites like power stations, water pumps, and air bases, or to protect population centers.

The IDF estimates that in contrast to Hamas, Hezbollah possesses hundreds of precise missiles with GPS capability, in addition to an advanced arsenal of sophisticated suicide drones that could hit virtually any target in northern or central Israel. "Protection of strategic sites has been a drop in the ocean in the last few years," said the official. "The situation is not good."

Regarding the potential evacuation of towns near the borders in the north and south, where Hamas and Hezbollah are expected to concentrate their fire, the official said that "we have the capability to absorb tens of thousands of citizens in military installations, and meanwhile we are formulating a national evacuation plan. Each municipality that is asked to help with the problem will be required to absorb evacuees at a rate of four percent of its size."

Meanwhile, on Tuesday Eyal Eizenberg, the head of the Home Front Command, left office after a four-year term that included two operations in Gaza, among many other crises.

Eizenberg, who will be replaced by Brig. Gen. Yoel Strick, opposed the existence of the Home Front Defense Ministry (which was disbanded last year) during his tenure, recommending instead that the Home Front Command remain the responsibility of the IDF and Ministry of Defense. "The Home Front has become the central front and the enemy will pin all its hopes on damaging it," said Eizenberg, who is leaving the IDF after 34 years of service.

On the fact that one in four Israelis does not have immediate shelter, Eizenkot said that "there are other life-saving measures such as stairwells, shelters in nearby locations, underground parking lots, and public shelters."

Jews shit out a lot of fiction and propaganda, but they are immune to it coming back.  They react rather to real force.
